Immigrating from Cameroon and starting out working at McDonald’s, she carved her path in the medical field, earning two doctorate degrees one in Pharmacy and another in Leadership. Rising through the ranks, she has served as a Clinical Pharmacist, a retail pharmacy owner, and the Director of a Hospital Pharmacy. Today, she is a renowned consultant, training senior executives from Fortune 100 companies and delivering high-impact speeches at esteemed institutions like Harvard University’s Global Health Catalyst Summit.

As the founder of Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ) Leadership Inc., Dr. Liza has revolutionized leadership frameworks with concepts such as The Double Rhodium Rule® and Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ). These innovative methodologies have been widely adopted by top organizations and incorporated into Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Education (CE) programs in medical and pharmacy institutions.
