Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, has extended warm congratulations to His Excellency Cheikh Niang on his appointment as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Senegal.
