Organized by Fashions Finest Africa and Mahogany International, the event highlighted Nigeria’s growing influence in global fashion.

The Business of Fashion Conference explored themes of authenticity, commercialization, and export readiness, while the Design for the Future (D4DF) competition attracted more than 2,000 entries. Ten finalists showcased their work, with designer Iwari winning ₦1 million in seed funding and a year-long mentorship.

The event reinforced Lagos as a hub for African fashion innovation, offering a platform for emerging talent and positioning Nigerian designers as global trendsetters.
