Namibia’s newly elected president, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, has assured the nation of her unwavering commitment to delivering on the promises made during her campaign. Speaking at the Electoral Commission of Namibia’s results center on Tuesday, Nandi-Ndaitwah expressed gratitude to Namibians for placing their trust in her leadership and reaffirmed her dedication to fostering unity and sustainable development.
Nandi-Ndaitwah, the current Vice President of Namibia, was officially declared the winner of the 2024 presidential election held from November 27 to 30.
