The ongoing controversy surrounding Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, has taken a new twist after popular blogger Tosin Silverdam weighed in on the viral video of the actress’s new home. The mother of two recently set social media abuzz when she announced that she had bought a beautiful house for herself and her family, a post that quickly went viral and drew widespread praise from fans and colleagues.

However, Tosin Silverdam has now sparked heated reactions online after claiming that Regina Daniels did not buy the house but rather rented it. Taking to his Instagram page, the outspoken blogger alleged that the actress’s post was part of a deliberate effort to “chase clout” and seek validation amid her rumored marital crisis. He accused Regina of trying to divert public attention from her ongoing issues with her billionaire husband by portraying an image of independence and success.

Silverdam’s remarks come days after Regina Daniels was dragged online over an alleged unpaid debt. In his video, Tosin suggested that the actress was working hard to change the narrative surrounding her recent controversies. He further hinted that Regina and her brother, Sammy West (real name Samuel Daniels), were both involved in a calculated attempt to repair her public image following the viral domestic violence video that shook social media earlier this month.

“Regina Daniels is not leaving her marriage just like that,” Tosin stated firmly. “Her kids are still with her husband, and she knows there’s a lot at stake. She’s doing all these things online for validation and sympathy, but the truth is, that house she flaunted is rented, not bought.”

His comments immediately triggered mixed reactions across social media platforms, with many Nigerians divided over who to believe. While some agreed with the blogger’s take, suggesting that celebrity lifestyles are often exaggerated for attention, others came to Regina’s defense, insisting that Tosin Silverdam was simply trying to capitalize on her situation for views and engagement.

A few fans expressed disappointment at the blogger’s remarks, urging him to let the actress deal with her personal challenges privately. “Even if it’s rented, at least she has a roof over her head and her children’s heads,” one user commented. Another added, “People should stop trying to discredit women every time they achieve something.”

Tosin Silverdam did not stop there. He also criticized Regina’s brother, Sammy West, accusing him of being too involved in his sister’s marital issues instead of focusing on his own career. The blogger questioned whether Sammy had any steady work, claiming that his frequent online posts and public defense of Regina were “doing too much.”

“Sammy is everywhere, posting, talking, fighting online. Does he even have a job? Why is he always in his sister’s business?” Tosin asked in his video. “He needs to calm down and let Regina handle her issues herself. The more he talks, the worse it gets.”

The Daniels family has yet to respond officially to the blogger’s claims. However, Regina Daniels continues to trend across various social media platforms as fans debate the true state of her marriage and the authenticity of her recent property announcement.

The actress, who rose to fame as a teenage star in Nollywood, has been married to Ned Nwoko since 2019, a union that has often been the subject of public scrutiny and gossip. The couple shares two sons, and despite the ongoing drama, Regina has continued to maintain a calm presence online, sharing motivational messages and glamorous photos that suggest resilience and composure.

As the saga unfolds, observers believe that Regina Daniels’ every move will continue to attract attention, especially as the line between her private struggles and public image grows increasingly blurred. Whether or not Tosin Silverdam’s claims hold any truth, one thing is certain the actress remains one of Nigeria’s most talked-about public figures, and her marital drama has once again become a focal point of online conversation.
