President Tinubu Appoints Rinsola Abiola as Director-General of CLTC, Names Nasir Bala Aminu Ja’oji as Senior Special Assistant on Citizenship and Leadership

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has made key appointments aimed at strengthening citizenship and leadership development in Nigeria, naming Ms. Rinsola Abiola as the new Director-General of the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre (CLTC) and Mr. Nasir Bala Aminu Ja’oji as Senior Special Assistant on Citizenship and Leadership. The announcement, contained in a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, highlights the administration’s commitment to empowering Nigerian citizens through enhanced leadership training and civic engagement initiatives.

Ms. Rinsola Abiola, a renowned expert in strategic communication and government relations, brings to the role a wealth of experience from her previous service as Senior Special Assistant to the President. Her appointment signals a renewed focus on utilizing communication and policy expertise to drive the vision of the CLTC, which plays a crucial role in fostering national unity, discipline, and leadership skills among Nigerian youth and citizens.

Alongside this, President Tinubu has also appointed Mr. Nasir Bala Aminu Ja’oji as Senior Special Assistant on Citizenship and Leadership. Mr. Ja’oji’s track record includes serving as Special Adviser on Mobilisation to the Governor of Kano State and as a member of the Governing Council of Coordinated Arewa Youth Groups. He is widely recognized as an advocate for women and youth empowerment, with a passion for social development and inclusive governance.
