Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, globally known as Davido, sealed his love story with Chioma Adeleke in a grand white wedding ceremony held on Sunday in Miami, United States, attracting some of the most influential figures from Nigeria and beyond. The glamorous event, which radiated luxury and romance, was a dazzling mix of music, wealth, and high society, marking yet another milestone in the couple’s celebrated journey together.

The Miami wedding was nothing short of spectacular, featuring a guest list filled with political leaders, business moguls, and entertainment heavyweights. Among the high-profile attendees were Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote; Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke; Abia State Governor Alex Otti; and former Senate President Bukola Saraki. The music industry was equally well-represented, with stars such as Zlatan Ibile, Adekunle Gold, and Teniola Apata gracing the occasion. Nightlife entrepreneur Obi Cubana and talent manager Ubi Franklin also added to the event’s glamour.

The ceremony marked the couple’s third wedding celebration following their court wedding in March 2023 and a lavish traditional wedding in Lagos in June 2024 cementing their union in a truly global and unforgettable style.

The reception continued the night’s magic with Davido himself taking the stage to perform for his guests, creating an atmosphere of pure joy as Chioma joined him on the dance floor. Legendary entertainer D’banj also delivered an electrifying performance, adding even more energy to the festivities.

In the days leading up to the wedding, videos surfaced showing family members, including singer B-Red, arriving for the pre-wedding party. Nigerian entertainment personalities Tunde Ednut and Poco Lee were spotted mingling with guests, with Ednut revealing that the Miami celebration had been moved forward from its initial August date.

In a grand romantic gesture, Davido surprised Chioma with a $300,000 (₦460 million) Richard Mille wristwatch as a wedding gift a luxurious symbol of love that perfectly matched the opulence of the occasion.
